Treat Your Body Like a Business Intro

Treat Your Body Like A Business Intro

A quick start guide to a method that the most successful businesses use to plan & win. We'll be repurposing it for Wellness.

The most successful businesses thrive on systems with specific inputs producing connected outputs, all aligned to defined goals. So does your body.

Timeless frameworks like Ansoff's Matrix, Porter's 5 Forces, even the SWOT Analysis are still used today because they provide a structured approach to problem-solving and can be customized for any business, massive or micro.

If you want to finally stick to a wellness plan long enough to slim down, tone up, and think sharp, you need to Treat Your Body Like A Business.

And while we'll be digging much deeper into this strategy during the TripleFit program, here is an overview of the 3 core steps:

Step 1: Vision & Values

This is what you want & why you want it.

Vision: Map out your 10 Year Target, 3 Year Picture, and 1 Year You.

Values: Declare what is MOST important to you in life, and why you need health for it.

Step 2: What Works & Doesn't

This is what's been getting in the way.

Doesn't Work: Assess your Options, Create SWOT Analysis and Barriers to Success.

Does Work: Confirm your Differentiators, Superpowers, Confidence Teleportation.

Step 3: Goal Tracking & Success Scoring

This is exactly how you'll get it.

Goal Tracking: Create Concrete Goals based on your Vision (eg, 90-Day Rocks).

Success Scoring: Track Daily Aligned Health Actions (AHA) on your Personal Wellness System Scorecard.

Here's the good news:

  1. You don't have to map these all out today! We'll be spending a lot of time here later in the program
  2. You've already got a head start on a few of these items from previous days Onboarding, score!

Your Triple Assignment

  1. Review the Conclusion you wrote on your Consistency Code Quadrant for Day 2 of Onboarding
  2. Begin thinking through some tangible goals connected to that Vision that would help you clearly determine which parts of your Vision you have achieved.
  3. Write down 3 tangible goals in your dedicated TripleFit journal or notebook just as idea starters, and email these starting goals to me at [email protected].

Congrats on completing Day 5 of TripleFit Onboarding!!
